DocLanding Technology Provides Critical Credit Report Parsing and Instantaneous Credit Report Retrieval

Company: West Asset Management, Inc. a national financial service/collection agency providing health insurance and financial institution collection services for Blue Cross Blue Shield, American Express, and other Fortune 500 enterprises.

Challenge: Within 10 business days redesign a credit report parsing utility to accommodate the Company’s switch of credit report providers from Equifax to Experian. The Experian Credit report file had to be formatted to parse search criteria into the DocLanding document repository to avoid changes to the search process, while inserting an unalterable image file for retrieval into the repository database.

Results: DOCCENTER redesigned the parsing utility within the prescribed time and retained consistency of the image import and search process.

Impact: The redesign of the parsing utility avoided any interruption in West’s collection activities. The DocLanding repository solution allowed West to increase collection performance, moving them from a ninth performing vendor for American Express to the number two producer within sixty (60) days of the application’s deployment.
