DocLanding Document Repository Deployed in 20 Days to Meet a Forced Migration Timeline

Company: Signature Performance, a financial service/collection agency providing health insurance collection services for the Department of Defense (DOD).

Challenge: Within three weeks, deploy a solution that can migrate 2,200,000 images from Laserfiche to a document repository that replicates the Company’s Laserfiche document workflow queuing and retrieval processes.

Results: DOCCENTER’s agility enabled deployment of the DocLanding document repository within 20 business days. All data was accurately migrated and the repository was configured to match the Laserfiche workflow queuing and document searching. 

Impact: The solution enabled the client to provide service to its customer without interruption. The system required nominal training of Signature’s staff, as the system’s user interface and searching tools matched the legacy application.
